Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel an order? Here's how it works.

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement, as long as the package hasn't shipped yet. Email support@mansculpt.com with your order number — we'll process the cancellation and refund within 24 business hours.

After Shipment

Once your order is in transit, it can't be cancelled — but it can still be returned under our 365-day guarantee. See the Refund Policy for details.

Refund Timing

Cancellation refunds land on your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing. If you don't see it after 7 days, contact your bank first, then email us.

Partial Order Cancellation

If you ordered multiple items and only want to cancel one, let us know and we'll adjust your order and refund the difference before shipment.
