We stand behind MANSCULPT™ with a full 365-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your results, simply return the device within 365 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions, no hoops.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@mansculpt.com with your order number.
2. We'll send return instructions within 24 business hours.
3. Ship the device back (we cover return shipping on defective units; customer covers it for change-of-mind returns).
4. Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the original packaging. Devices that are visibly damaged beyond normal use may be subject to a restocking fee or refund reduction, evaluated case-by-case.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if items are returned after the 365-day window, if only part of a bundle is returned, or if items show signs of abuse rather than normal wear.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If your MANSCULPT™ arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
