Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Delivery

From checkout to doorstep, your MANSCULPT™ arrives in 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We print shipping labels the same day we receive the order and use express carriers to keep transit fast.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as the carrier picks it up. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours.

Address Changes

If you need to update the shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering at support@mansculpt.com. After dispatch, address changes are no longer possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country.
